Purchase
Upon receiving your request for purchase you will be sent an invoice with amount due.  Payments are
preferred through Paypal but I accept US money orders/cashier's checks and personal checks.  Payment
must be made within
24 hours of invoice.  If you are planing to send payment via mail, please let me know
within
24 hours of invoice that payment has been sent.  All checks must clear bank before item is sent.  I
guarantee orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving payment (checks may take
several days to clear).  Shipping rates depend on weight of package from my zip code (37918) to yours.  I
use UPS to deliver my packages and will e-mail you the tracking number.  I may use US Priority Mail on
some packages. Insurance is optional but recommended.
 International buyers must pay via Paypal.  I
am not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Making Scheduled Payments
I am now accepting prearranged payments on my furniture sets.  Please send an e-mail to
oohoo@abigailsjoy.com if you choose to use this option.  Final payment must be paid by end of scheduled
time period.  Order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving final payment.   Checks may
take several days to clear if you are not using Paypal for your payment.  Payments are non-refundable.   

Refunds and Returns
I try to make every effort to supply enough pictures and detailed descriptions of all my furniture and (or)
accessories.  Handcrafted items can have minor imperfections.  If you have questions about
any piece
please ask before purchasing.  I will be happy to assist in any way I can.
All sales are final.
